RTI maintains open lines of communication with all homeowners.  Our staff will prepare and send all notices, proxies, ballots, and agendas while consolidating and maintaining all Association records.  RTI establishes a cost-effective, proactive approach.  Our property managers will advise and guide Association Boards on governing documents, including CC&Rs, by laws, amendments and resolutions.  RTI will also review and/or establish emergency procedures.

RTI handles all correspondence between the homeowners and the Board to make sure the property procedures are followed.  RTI retains some of Michigan's finest attorneys to offer consultations.  The main objective of RTI's managers is to minimize stress to Board Members and reduce unnecessary expenses in the Association's daily operations.

RTI will administer the unit resale document procedure, issue paid assessment letters and will facilitate the delivery of certificates of insurance for the unit owners.
